Well done on getting the job mate - hope you get somewhere to stay! If it was in Glasgow I'd help you out!

Really glad you got that job. Very pleased for you. I'll no doubt see you as we have tickets for things there in the next few months.

Staff there get to see quite a bit of the shows so I'm just trying to think of a few you'll look forward to....Martha Wainwright is there soon and so is Seth Lakeman - I'm sure you'll like them :o)

I was gonna ask you as well, anything I should expect from 'how' the staff are or generally helpful/relaxed but organised?

Lol! Thank you as well and yup!!

I'm assuming you're front of house staff. They have a few duties. They scan the tickets (most are web print offs which get scanned in hand held bar code readers at the gate). They also show people what direction to go for their seat. They normally hang about in the seating isles during the show so they see the show but are pro-active with people taking pictures etc (I like this).

I find the staff are friendly and young (20s-30s) and fairly laid back. It's not a snotty venue and people are allowed to have a drink at their seat. Nearest tube is Baker street and it's about a 10min walk to the theatre.
