Whew! Billy and I have had a busy, busy weekend. Since my finals ended last Wednesday, I've spent most of the time doing all the things/errands I put off doing during the semester. I'm not completely done but I'm surely closer than I was a week ago

the blue hawaiians
Your grin, when you order those, is so memorable that I'll never be able to pour another one again without thinking about you for at least a split second!
I hope another night rolls around that can make me comfortable attending every week...
There was a whole slew of different nights when I came here six years ago. No club that existed then exists now. Change is a surprising thing, it brought about chiarO, I don't doubt someone else will create something that will trump that experience and bring together a whole new group of people. I will read about it with a smile and memories from another city and look forward to visiting and checking it out when the time comes.

Sorry I didn't get to say goodbye Saturday night. As always, you looked busier than busy and I didn't want to try to get you out of your "mode." Good luck with your endeavors in Canada. I really do wish you the best:)

Leah is an expert at this. ;) For museums, because I am a complete dork, the American Museum of Natural History and the Met. The Met is HUGE and it is possible to spend a whole week there. So if there is a particular exhibit or art peroid you like, focus on that. I love the Byzantine collections, but I am a dork. ;)
Go to St. Mark's Place for shopping....my best friend is a huge fan of Trash and Vaudville.
Hope that helps! ENJOY!!!!

I knew the Met is huge, so I need to check out their website and figure out just what it is that I want to see.
Thanks!

It's in NYC and here is the site!

I have been DYING to go, last time I was in NY I couldn['t go because we didn't have time (on the truck w/ Billy)
And Billy tried to go once too, but it was closed....he took a picture of the sign outside however. It said something to the effect of:
"Please do not lick, touch, or mount the exhibits."
