I just came back from the doctor where he let me know that my blood tests show that I have diabetes.  I think I've had it for well over a year but passed off all the symptoms as age or whatever.  I have dropped about 75 pounds over the last year or so and I wasn't dieting.  I suppose that should have been a trigger  but I just enjoyed it so much.  ( Read more... )

I'm in Stockbridge, MA. I've been up for 28 hours travelling but it's nice to be back in the Berkshires. I was wondering if anyone out there in LJ land is also in for Randy's play that I could say hi to when I'm here. I'm going to Waiting for Godot tomorrow and Friday night.

I attended Antony and Cleopatra tonight in the Duke Theatre in NYC. The acting was very good and Jeffrey Carlson blew me away. Randy Harrison's part was not a huge part, he was on stage quite a bit and seemed to have several roles as well as Eros, a friend of Mark Anthony. He played at times a messenger, a soldier. I just made reservations to be in NY from March 24-29. I am going to get a ticket to Antony & Cleopatra at the Duke Theatre for one of those days. Is there anyone here who is planning on going at that time?
