Just joined.. and I've decided to walk to work tomorrow morning.. and not buy the crisps and chocolate at lunchtime. Will see how much my feet hurt after tomorrow. I would say I just have a sweet tooth that needs to be tamed and my will power is not so great which is why i thought it would be cool to join for 'virtual' support. Sometimes it seems easier when you know someone is keeping an eye out!
