Dilberitos! hi_bye December 7 2005, 06:47:59 UTC
You know what I wish I could try? Dilberitos. They're made by the author of Dilbert. Before you scoff, because I did too at first, check them out. They're totally wholesome, vegan, and convenient. Weird and kinda gimmicky to be sure, but I think they sound delish.

I make lemon picatta with chicken. It's one of my favorite quick dinners. Can you get pressed tofu? It might take to the dish better.

I made a very vegan dinner last night - cold sesame peanut noodles.

I almost never buy lunch unless I want a special treat. It gets really expensive really fast. I've been stocking my office with cans of vegetarian chili, Trader Joe's cuban black beans, dried soup mixes and apples and oranges. Knowing that I have options at work helps a lot when I'm rushed in the morning.

I have a recipe for homemade granola bars with apricots and silken tofu. I'm totally intrigued by it and I think I have to make it.
