Security deposit is usually released within 14 bank working days automatically (This is stated in the Rental Agreement, p.5) and usually it takes a few days more to reach your account.
You reterned a car on the 06 of May so the deposit will be refunded in full ( reverse operation) on 24 of May. It will be not a transfer, just cancellation (reverse operation). Please check it with your bank in a few days. Do not worry please.

However, I just can't find out why I was charged 1700 litas? As a rule rental companies authorize an amount, not charge. I've rented cars in 50 (fifty) different countries, but such a unprofessional stuff is
unbelievable.
1. Because of this unclear charge, Mastercard charged me a comission of almost 2% of 1700 litas for transaction from litas into US dollars.
It means that I lost for nothing almost 11 euros. And I will have to pay one more commission of 2% when you will refund me because of that. In a total I gonna lose 22 euros just because you've charged my account instead of authorizing.
2. In according with the mentioned above, different commisions and charges make up about 20% of total rental agreement of 89 euros.
3. Do you think it's logical?

Think abuot your professionalizm. And next time read the Agreement carefully before signing.

...there is an insurance excess 500 €. This amount varies is left by credit card imprint upon collection of the vehicle...
Imprint - means actually "blocked", not charged. Blocked means authorized, charged (what you did) means to withdraw 500 euros out of my account.
OK, never mind, hopefully I will get it back in a full.

Ya sam rabotau v banke BNB Paribas v Rige v otdele osparivania tranzakzij (chargeback). Pochital pro vashu problemy s Aleksandrom.
Ya ne znau ezdil on v Polshu ili net, eto ne moia problema. No esli y vas net dokumentov iz Polshi (shtraf ot polskoi polizii, video-zapis iz Polshi gde vidno mashinu v Polshe i tak dalee) vy proigraete etot case, a Aleksandr ustroit iz etogo show kak on "litovskih fashistov nakazal". On ne v pervyi raz eto delaet, ya viju po sisteme Mastercard y Aleksandra 6 osparivanii za 2012 god v raznyh stranah i vse 6 on vyigral.
Ya by na vashem meste nemedlenno vernul emy 500 eur, no podal by v sud za klevety v vash adres.
