Urg I hate jobsworth bastards like that!! They only do stuff like that to inflate their own sense of self importance. They do stuff like that only to show they have some sort of power in their otherwise meaningless lives. I mean I'm a follower of the rules, I understand why they're there and why there is need for them. But obviously there are exceptions
