which all was the gig in cause i remember hall 4 having a shitload of complaints about their acoustics but when i went to see Metallica there earlier this year machine heads sound was fucking awful but Metallica got it spot on so im starting to think its all down to the sound producers for the gigs n not the hall
I dunno about the sound guys, remember support acts are always set to not sound as good as the headliners. I do reckon the venue must have taken on the complaints and improved it.
I am assuming you don't like Lily Allen (just a hunch) but this video seems a good inclination of how the sound come across with everything being clear
cant say im a fan of her singing although some of it is slightly catchy and she would get it. Again Metallica had their stage in the middle of the crowd so the positions they had their shit setup would be very different from other bands that do the original type stage if u will
