Well, I was not able to post the latest pic of Jack ... but was able to post him as my user pic! He had a bath today, and the demodex smell is better every day. He discovered the joys of nylabone today...and celebrated by doing a "pugtona" up and down the upstairs hallway! He and Hannah are cuddling at night...too cute! I continue to be

Sleeping in. What is that? Abby and Max believe the time to wake is 4 AM. Sigh. They potty, eat breakfast and go back to sleep until about noon. They need a different routine. Jack is a cute icon.

I have trained myself to get up when they do...usually between 6 and 7am...potty, feed, and potty again!, and then go back to sleep until they wake up again...around 10ish! The routine is complicated with Jacks meds..and the fact that Febee is "food agressive" and must be fed in a separate area, and is a much slower eater! Anyway...going back to bed on the weekends is a true gift! This morning they both slept on top of me...and now I smell like a pug!!! Happy Sunday...

There are worse things to smell like - One of our old dogs had this thing about rolling in used diapers. Need I say more?

Febee is "food agressive"
Max gets that way too, esp. in the AM. He's slowly getting better. He eats so fast that he's done before Abby and he seems to think that that means she had more. Pugs!! Based on their eating habits, I wonder if the name was a derivation of "pig"? R

I agree...as I have said many time....pug..one vowel away from pig!...(but as you know, much cuter!)
The enthusiasm pugs have for eating is remarkable...I may have told you..when I first brought Abby home...I had to "hand" feed her..you would probably never guess that now!
