Thank goodness it is almost Friday...tonight I met my daughters new "boyfriend"...he is as different from her as night and day...he seems nice, but has a troublesome recent past history....I was bold and told him that 2 things matter to me...that she is happy and safe...she says he is the male version of her..I am not seeing it...so we will see

Meeting the boyfriend is hard. It was always difficult for me to balance that trying to be supportive without telling K what to do. I wasn't good at it. She was my weak spot and I gave her everything I could. Maybe your daughter will figure out that he has some problems. One can hope. Love the pug pics you sent. N

thanks for the words...L is my weak spot too...I have given it alot of thought over the years..and have decided that I really would not have been willing to do it any other way...
