Eating Snow...

I'm not sure if anyone can help or give advice, but if you guys can--that would be amazing. I guess, I'm just kinda wondering if I am alone

That definitely does not sound normal. I'd take him to a different vet for a second opinion.

I've had him tested and re-tested. He's healthy as a horse. I'm wondering if it's because my partner got him when he was a little over 5 weeks old, instead of 8 weeks? Maybe he has a food/water obsession? I'm not really sure. It's just frustrating.

Sheldon, also, won't go potty until he absolutely has to. He will only go once (pee and poo) in the morning and once again before bed (pee and poo) despite any other time we've ever taken him out....so i think sheldon is just kind of mildly retarded...? lol.

I think the snow might be a curiosity and he's playing.
What werre Sheldon's surroundings like as a pup? How is He around other dogs?
My only advice on the snow is to tell him

"Watch out where the huskies go, and dont you eat that yellow snow

He was one of 9 pups and my partner got him when he was a little over 5 weeks old...NOT 8 weeks (maybe part of the problem).

He loves loves loves other dogs. He's around friends dogs, and my moms dogs quite a bit. He whines when he sees dogs because he wants to play sooo bad! He had a dog scare him once and he was chill around new dogs for a bit, but he's really great with other dogs.

It's just frustrating, and I don't want him to get hurt...ya know?

I've had Sheldon tested for loads of stuff...over and over. The vet says it is just him, prolly since my partner got him early, maybe? 5 weeks instead of 8 weeks. He suckels (sp) ALL of the time on all of his toys.

He is just the weirdest dog I've ever had. I love him, but I don't think we'll ever get a pug again, which is sad. He's just so time consuming/expensive/odd behaviors (and i had quite a few dogs growing up and raised them). I dunno....

Do not get me wrong, I love this little guy, and that's why I was hoping to get some help for the not eating the snow thing (in case there is de-salter stuff)
