Supernatural Reverse Bang Challenge Art Post
Here are the drawings I made for the SPN Reverse Bang Challenge.
Over at spn_reversebang the prompts were drawings/manips or videos and the writers then wrote something inspired by whichever prompt they selected.
When I signed up I had no idea what the hell I was doing. Then one afternoon my niece was drawing and I just sat with her and started doodling. Surprisingly something that made some kind of sense came out of that, and even more surprising a writer thought it made sense too and picked it as her prompt.
reapertownusa is a very patient and lovely human being. I was lucky she selected my prompt. Very lucky one of my favorite writers decided to work with me.
This was my very first challenge and I've had such a blast working with her, I can't thank her enough for being so patient and inspiring me to keep drawing. Thanks girl you're the best!
To really have fun with this I recommend looking at the drawings while reading her amazing story We Start And End With Family. Her story is everything I imagined and so much more!
Summary: Two years after losing his brother, Dean has settled down and started a new family, but he’s never forgotten the family he left behind and his past has not forgotten him.
This is the first sketch that served as the prompt for the challenge. It's all pencil, because I'm lazy like that and like I said I hadn't even drawn anything in years!
