There's been a bunch of those cakes submitted to CakeWrecks!, that one's actually not as frightening as some are!

We "hooked" him up to a bag of IV fluids and wrote a treatment sheet for him. His name was Sugar and one of his issues in his problem list was poinsettia ingestion. To me it also appears as if he is severely matted, has comedones, and hematemesis.
