I'd recommend using those concrete gutter things to replace the bottom segment of your gutters. You house looks nice though regardless.

Our gutters are in pretty sorry shape all around. That's another money-sucking project for the future. I was actually thinking about getting gutter helmets when we replace them, but I haven't heard the best things about it and our gutters are all pretty low, so it's not so hard to clean them out...
