Inquiring minds want to know…what have Jew been up to? Well I’ll tell you. Since last we checked in with Our Intrepid Hero, JHD (Phenomenal Cosmic Powers; Itty Bitty Living Space™), he was basking in the glow of a dream fulfilled viz. to ‘be’ on a tropical island paradise, soaking up the hot sun, luxuriating in the tourist-pee-infused azure waters ( Read more... )

Answer to most important question: Two Cokes, a slab of Tappl 'chocolate', a pack of Mentos. For your troubles, they'll also throw in a little magnetic Winnie-the-Pooh bookmark calendar thingy.

Hmmm... sounds like You magazine is not really what you want to do. Did your schmoozy interview thing go OK?

I had more to say, but realized that I need to go to work now, so it'll have to wait.

Mavis

PS: I always thought that Gwen Gill was a bit of a useless bitch, wasting valuable space in the Sunday Times each week. I think you'd do the socialite thing well, but you'd lose a few points for not being useless enough. You're definitely less useless than Gwen Gill. Take that how you will :P

I want, nay need, massive quantities of Winnie The Pooh magnet thingies. Free shit from the 7-11 'completes me'.
I will have to schmooze on Sunday night. Don't feel like it at all. Would rather be doing the alphabet with small 3-year-olds!
And yes, I agree, Gwen Gill is uselesser than I am. I'm taking that with a hint of reproach and hopefully some Winnie The Pooh magnet thingies.
Any word on tax/boxes?

I cannot believe I haven't tried this wondrous sounding Tappl stuff! The latest promo is so lame I'm not even bothering. I think the fact it may actually have a practical purpose takes away all the appeal.

As for how your Aussie friend is doing (I assume that's me and not Steve Irwin's widow), I'm slowly getting over being back in Taipei with it's traffic and non-English speaking clerks. Hugs help :)

It's SO you, although I do wonder how Mz Irwin is doing?
More importantly, glad you're back safely and adjusting to Taiwanarnia. Am missing you, Taiwan too. Played mahjong with some friends this week and thunked of you.
Hug.

I miss Claire too. I miss Mavis. The real Mavis, can you believe it, isn't stealing any Ricoffy. It's just not right buddhadamnit!

Hiya Girlpants!
I'm hanging. Actually I feel muchos better about stuff now. I have a plan - got a healy-feely book to write, then possibly back overseas again. This time South America methinks.
How's school?
Mis ya too, Petey-poo. [good rhyme hey?]
