Memo to self: must remember to start exercising in 2007.
Is it bad (ie vacuous in a very non Paulo Coehlo kinda way) to wanna *finally* get in shape for the celebs. So's I can look good next to 'em???

I've been snuggling crystals for years.
They don't do nuffin' for your ab'ceps.
Happy New Year, Jeeves! My wish for you in 2007 is: may there be no haggis in your future.

Awww, that is a special memory. I have one of oranges with my grandpa too. He would peel not only the skin off but also the inner skin and veins of each wedge and I would be left with the pulp part. That way of eating fruit affected me so much that now it's hard for me to eat fruit without it being cut up in smaller, neat, easy to eat pieces.

From my more serious journalism days (before I started writing about soapies and celebs for a living), I remembered this tidbit about smell being intimately tied to memory, and smell and taste are linked senses. So it makes sense.
Happy New Year!

one of the best things about memories is that you are constantly making new ones.
my orange memory is peeling them for my favourite kindy kids, Evan and Sean. They would start asking "May I please have some more?" with their mouth full of the last piece. Before you know it, they'd finished all the oranges and I hadn't even eaten any myself! Hmph.

That is extremely cute, especially cos' I can just picture it in my mind.
Guess what? I found huge, transferable Betty Boop stickers and have used them to decorate the kitchen cupboards of my new place.
