omg. I had a phone thrown at me too! It was a melted phone, because she put it in the oven and then couldn't figure out why it wouldn't reprogram.

I hate people.

Dude, I'm sorry. I don't understand how people can think that behaving like that is in any way acceptable. Animals in the wild behave with more class. Hell, Neanderthals acted with more class! I'm really grateful my customers are dealt with from a distance- even though, it's rare we deal with assholes of such a fine caliber.

Have another martini on me, man!
