I do hate to ask, but what is a folio? The only kind I know of is the kind that the band uses to put mini-sheets of music in that attaches to their instruments for when we march parades.

I should have been more specific: I meant The First Folio of Shakespeare. It has Shakespeare's plays as they were originally printed. and the name comes from the way the paper was folded, so maybe it is related.
