This was Day 11 in the hospital. *sigh* No clue when Pat will be heading home. *sob*

Not much of an update, really. Still on the same meds. The antibiotics are for a possible kidney infection/uti. Still no news on that. Sleeping is a bit better. Eating is a bit better.

Will head back tomorrow ... Day 12.

Yesterday was the worst day that Pat has had since this whole nightmare started in June of 2003. And it was hell. It started on Wednesday night and continued on through yesterday. The nurses found him sitting up on the edge of the bed ... asleep. His coughing was horrible and his breathing became really labored. I won't get into total details ( Read more... )
