[Background] Blair lived in a pumpkin shaped house at the begining of the Soul Eater series and while she was taking a bath, Soul crashed through her window and landed in her bath tub, wanting a witch's soul. She wasn't all that bothered, infact she greeted him before Maka jumped in and kicked him. She conversed with them dressed in nothing and eventually poofed some clothes on. She takes a liking to Soul and askes if he would like to become her weapon. The kids refuse that offer and attack but are blasted out of her home with a pumpkin canon with her magic. The two kids then try to get her soul to complete their assignment of making Soul become a Death Scythe. They try three more times and fail until their forth try they succeed when they trick Blair and take her soul.
Although it turns out that she's just a cat with very strong magic and have eight more lives or "souls" left. Afterwards, she starts living with them for no apparent reason other than to be closer to them, and Maka and Soul, as well as their visitors, have quietly accepted her into their lives.
She works at a bar when she got bored and usually drinks with Spirit, Maka's father. She flirts with him and also gives him advice on how to become a better father and making Maka like him, but that usually does not end up so good and the gather gets hit with his daughter's famous "Make Chop."
A bit later into the series, when Medusa and her gang attack Shibusen to free Asura, she runs into the Mizune, five witches with a mouse theme. She attacks them when she finds out from the fish seller and takes care of them easily. When the Mizune combine into one witch who is almost as busty as she is, they get into some sort of verbal throw down that ends up a gigantic cat fight. After that Azura is resurrected and escapes Shibusen, and that's where she'll be from.
[Personality] Blair is a very flirtatious and cat-like person, and loves to tease men. She isn't really afraid to use every aspect of herself to flirt and tease, for example, she flirts with Soul usually by appearing out of her cat form in little to no clothing. She is also not modest, not in the least. She'll wear very revealing clothing and walk about the streets without a hint of insecurity. She sometimes appears in a bar/hostess club in nothing but lengiere. She is very good at understanding other people and talks with Maka's father whenever he comes to the bar/hostess club and cheers him up and motivate him to become a good father. She is always looking for some fun, whether it is harmless or not, though she is not without a conscience. Blair is cheery and positive and like a cat, craves attention and gets her attention by being so showy.
Aside from being silly, she can get serious too and get this sort of "bitch" attitude.
[Specialties/Abilities] Blair can use her powers to affect inanimate objects and use them for her daily needs such as bathing, but not always. She also has pumpkin themed spells she uses as attacks like Halloween Cannon, this launches a magical pumpkin like a cannon ball at her foes. Smashing Pumpkin creates a gigantic, magic pumpkin and crushes her enemies. All of her abilities listed use a mantra she chants before she casts and it's, "Pumpumkin-Pumpkin." She also has a hat is named Zwan and can change it into a hand when she commands it to. Last but not least she can transform into her cat form and she can still talk and cast her spells just as if she were in her human form.

If you are male and you catch Blair's eye or amuse her, she'll be flirting with you, hugging you, a kiss on the cheek, and she may even appear in front of you in little to no clothes. Although that's as far as she goes, she's a tease. For girls she'll just give you a sisterly hug.
