Antithesis...

To not to see is easy

After having seen it all

Fervour is passé

Now the fad is to crawl

The naivety is lame

For a crime that is innocence

The insipidity is vain

For the charm infests in this pretence

Timid and faint

Remnants of the last refrain

The poem is very nice!!! :-)

And the song you are listening to is very nice. lovely use of guitar.
but listening to the lyrics and title of the song I was expecting atleast some use of "Ektara". http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ektara
Ektara is a very serene instrument. it does not need any supporting instrument. I love the sound of it.

P.S.:
1. the timing of the post seems to be 4:18 in the morning. have you started adapting noctarnal lifestyle??? :-P

Thank You :)

I loved the song absolutely. I am familiar with ektara coz I listen to diff renditions of Bhajans by Meerabai, usually accompanied by this instrument. Also, there's a kind of sufi folk in Bengal, known as Baul where the singers use only ektara. :)

Thanks for sharing the info. And I have always been a nocturnal bird. ;)

That's what my mom calls me - ullu. Now since my mom calls me that, there is a very good chance that i might be one. :P

I am not much familiar with Punjabi Folk but yeah, Sufi rocks! :)
