Warnings: None. GAAAAAASSSPPP
Effects: That awesome feeling you get when you fanboy over a celebrity. :D

The scene begins atop a large building, overlooking the waters of Venice. Various boats and patrons going about their lives below, unknowing of the man crouched precariously upon a plank of wood jutting from the building's side. After a quick glance around, the man jumps, his arms extended to his sides as he lands in a stack of hay below. There is a hesitation before he hops out, weaving into a crowd as it passes. He moves with a purpose, a set destination in mind, and once he is outside the city's walls, he jumps onto a nearby horse, not bothering to pay the man at the stable as he rides off along the dirt path.

The scenery changes, the beautiful mountains and scenery dashing by as the assassin and his horse make their way along the path. It lasts for quite a while until they finally reach the gates of another, much smaller city. After getting off his horse, the man steps through, eventually making his way up the steps to a large villa. When he steps inside, he turns to the right first, venturing into a room with a young woman behind the desk, looking irritated despite her guest in the room.

"Salute, Ezio." She says in her usual greeting, turning the large book on the desk around for him to see, "Here to look at the book?"

He isn't, but he humors her, going through a few things before he steps out of the room, heading up the stairs into another. There is a woman beside her bed, looking as if she is praying, and Ezio carefully and quietly steps past her, toward the dresser off to the side. He opens the chest atop it, dropping in a few white and grey feathers into it, then closing it once more as he turns to head back out. His final stop is to a small office, a man standing beside a hidden opening in the wall there to greet him.

The man rambles on for a few minutes, leading them both down a couple flights of stairs and into another large room. Seven statues stand around the edges, all with a circular disc along the mantle, except one, that lies secured behind iron bars. Ezio moves toward one statue, missing the disc, that he promptly inserts, thus unlocking the bars and giving way to the statue of a man some might find familiar.

Ezio steps toward the statue and the armor that rests upon it, gazing up at the face of the statue. Altair, the legendary master assassin, and Ezio is to be wearing his armor. Which he promptly sets into place upon himself.

"Grazie, Altair." he smiles as he thanks the man he knows he will never meet in his lifetime--

[ There's a loud thud before Ezio jerks awake, and it seems he smacked his broken arm on the wall beside his bed while tossing and turning in his sleep. He lets out a hiss, paying attention to the dreamberry only when he notices the faint glow that indicates it has been recording, then promptly moves to turn it off with a few choice Italian curses.

For those who don't know, Ezio's arm was fractured in a fight with Abel. \:D/ feel free to make fun of him for HITTING HIS ARM LIKE A DERP. ]
