I know!
I thought it was an everywhere thing - but no.

They have a channel in Atlanta and Charlotte, but I checked those channels and I get static. Boo :(

Might be worth it just to sign up for cable. Seems that Channel 9 on Comcast cable in Savannah is PBS.

It's beautiful! I saw a wannabe radio like that in a store that was made very cheaply, si i'm glad you have a good quality one.

that's too bad about pbs. i'd be so sad!

Yeah - I'm thinking about writing letters to the Charlotte and Atlanta PBS and asking the reason why they can't spread their broadcast to Savannah. It's probably not going to do anything, but I at least want to try.

I was between the cathedral style and the one I got, but I'm glad I got the one with the Aux in plugs. The styles you have are fabulous - maybe you could use the radio transmitter with your iPod to play it on the cathedral?
