Any one in the Boston Area know where a fully grown man can find Gymnastics classes? or maybe even acrobatics classes? I want to learn how to flip, handstand, and cartwheel. and yes I have reasons for wanting to learn other than the fact that it would make my clown a little more fun and interactive. and that is a AWESOME reason on its own :p

If you do find a place that will be awsome to learn, but If you're really truely going to do this, I need to give you some preparation tips for your body first. Otherwise, you wont be able to.

Drink a TON of water. As much as you can, every day. It will help with stretching out your muscles when you have to learn to do the flips.

Your center of gravity is probably off which will throw you off when you start flipping. They only thing I can tell you to do is to start lifting weights and lose any body fat you have.

The only gumnastics place I know of is out here in Norwood. I'm not sure of any in boston.

good luck and if you want some more personal tips on getting your body ready for something like that, email me. :)

There are TONS of gymnastics places around the area - all the cheerleading squads go to them.

There's one in Foxboro and one in E. Bridgewater that I've been to/used.

Just look in the yellow pages for a gym and give them a call to see what's involved.

Mary's right about the getting in to drinking water....but any good gym won't let you get in to anything that your body isn't ready for and in most cases they will give you a workout regime to do that will go along with what you do there.
