At least you're better for now! Those stupid menu things doctors give out are a pain in the ass. My dad got one for his diabetes and it's not very thorough. Granted, you get an idea of what food groups are best avoided by them, but still. If I ever had to get one, I'd be disobeying it all the time. I lack the discipline.
