Ugh.......man i hate running but i ran 1.5 miles in 10:00min flat......80 crunches......and 12 pull-ups........now im waiting for my dad to take me to go get some grub because i am really really really hungry.....i just left in the middle of this post to go eat a denny's.......yeah umm....not much else to report
