is it just me or should whatever band you're in play all different types of songs, not just "we're a punk/ska band, we gotta stick to punk/ska. and we're not playing anything heavy metal-ish just for a hallowen party"? i find the answers i got from asking "what heavy-er song we should play for the halloween party?" pretty stupid. i for one, don't

I agree, even though your band is part of one genre, they shouldn't stick with it ALL the times, but it doesn't make you part of that genre now does it...
