Personally, I think (based on this) that your parents are fucking nuts. You want to go to school to be a mechanic, I say go for it! You already have the aptitude for it, you like it (more than many can say for their chosen jobs/careers), it does have a good future (unless Ford goes out of business, LOL), I say fuck yeah, do it!
