i run a department for mcdonald's money, and apparently capped out at a year and a half, but my union raise was what it was if i wasn't over cap...don't make a whole lotta sense.  cheap ass company can lick my fuckin ass.  anybody got any idea where a dude with tattoos all up his arms, and no real skills can get a full time job that pays better

Seriously, have you considered being a waiter or (gasp!) EvilCorporateCoffeeBucks? Base pays tend to be the same as what you have going now, and with a good day of tips you can be making about double what you are now.
