affirmative action was created so that minorites wouldn't get discriminated against by people EXACTLY LIKE YOU.

For example...if you were interviewing people for a job, and you had an interview with a white person or a puerto rican person, you would automatically pick the white person just because that person isn't puerto rican.

Did you ever think about giving people a chance and seeing past the color of their skin? Apparently not.

And another thing, you're not only racist, but you're also prejudice and homophobic. You have issues with people who arent like you.

Finally, people like me will NEVER and do not have to accept racism. thats such an absurd thing to say like get over it just because it will always exist. It doesnt have to exist. people like you want it to exist because then you can feel better about yourself because you think you're better or superior than another person/race. You're the one who needs to get over yourself.

I am completely aware of what Affirmative Actions is and what its supposed to do. You dont know me enough to say i would pick the white. I would pick the person most qualified, regardless of who it is. Also, I am not homophobic, thank you very much. And I never said to accept racism. I said to accept the fact that it exist and always will. And I have never in my life said i was better than a certain race, and if you can not quote me then you have no reason to be saying that I think that, you can not read minds, you do not know my thoughts.
