so the other day i got rear ended by some red neck in a chevy truck who obviously couldnt see my brake lights in front of him....now my trunk wont shut and my left tail light is fallin' off my car...at least it still works though so i have it taped on right now....plus to make matters worse the guy was on his way back home IN FLORIDA!!!...so i

I would claim.

If it is his fault and he doesn't want to go through the insurance, go through the insurance. 10:1 says that this guy either has no isurance, or he obvisouly has some history that he doesn't want discovered. I say go through with it. That way he is forced to pay.
