i really need to update more often, but i seriously never have any time. i'm always working or training. however the triathalon is in 13 days so fire up, i'm going to die soon. i was proud of myself cuz today i went to the good ole civic center and swam 35 laps nonstop, woohooo. gotta love climbing outta the pool when you're done with a pounding
