i'm pretty sure you should just pay the damned fees and clear EVERYTHING up for once, then discontinue getting into trouble for no other reason than you are lazy and forgetful. it may sound harsh, but i don't think anyone was wrong for any of the tickets you got, and i don't think the courthouse is wrong for saying something can not be changed, since it's 4 YEARS old. 4 years is a long time. if you wanted to avoid the ticket you should have done something about it then. please, dena, it's all within your power to never have stuff like this happen again. it's tough love, love. maybe you should get a bus pass ;P
