City was shut down here for two days under threat of snow... the day we have black ice on all the roads, everything is open...

Georgia, my home state, is the same way. Half an inch of snow and they cancel EVERYTHING. And everybody goes to the grocery store and buys as much milk, bread, eggs, and beer as they can fit in a cart.
