You can do it! Get a measuring tape and track your measurements on a chart as well as your weight... if you're working out then you might lose inches but the muscle will add pounds so tracking only your weight might not show your progress as well as a measuring tape would

Awesome, Jason! I'm gonna try to loose weight before October, the cruise and Valor's wedding. If you ever want to do something outdoorsy together (walk about Greenlake, hike, swim, canoe, kayak, etc.) let me know!
My motivation: Megan has a digital camera. And will be with me for a week. While I'm in a bathing suit. AND SHE'S ON FLICKR. OMG.
The only time I lose scale weight in an appreciably fast way is by going low carb. If you're not doing an assload of cardio all the time, it might be the way to go...

I think I got mine on ebay for super cheap.
The only time I lose scale weight in an appreciably fast way is by going low carb. If you're not doing an assload of cardio all the time, it might be the way to go...
