So, I finally exercised today. I ran a mile without stopping and I did a 25 minute whole-body Core Secrets workout. So in total...I did about 15 minutes of cardio and 25 minutes of strength training. It's Sunday and I feel like I could really use a day of rest. I guess today is the closest to rest I will get. I just ate a wonderful lunch which consisted of my Claim Jumper leftovers of Roasted Tri-Tip and Cheesy Potatoe Cakes. So delicious!
