i just want my girlfriend to be all right. i want this stupid fucking weather to take a break and let her enjoy sunshine without a coat. i want her to have a job she likes going to, instead of one she dreads because of who she might work with. if some of those people chose kindly to die, then it would be no problem, but i can't rely on that

Hope everything ends up alright in your neck of the woods captain. I leave Wednesday the 9th for basic. I'll be gone for 26 weeks so if you're gonna be in town sometime around November or December then be sure to holler at a brother. Number won't change, promise.
