Today I had a really good workout swimming - 11 laps, plus I treaded (tread?) water for 4 minutes and also was able to swim the length of the pool underwater without coming up for air! This is significant improvement from when I started swimming about a week and a half ago when I could only do 6 laps and not swim the length of the pool underwater.
