So, when I woke up today, I had two messages, one from Steph saying that she had really important news, and then one from Karen (subway) saying she had news about Bill's mom. These are both girls from Salem (hometown) and Bill is one of my best friends from home, and has been more then a friend over the years. Well, Mrs. A. died in a car accident

I'm so sorry to hear about this; it's terribly sad when good people die.

I never had her as a teacher, but I worked with her whenever she became the librarian. She was nice to me because I liked her kids, even though they were pretty mean to me. Not so much Dewey as Bill. Anyway, she was a really awesome chick.

I sometimes go up and visit the teachers, too. I agree: If I ever become a teacher, I hope I have students like that.

Oh, wow. I'm sorry to hear that. Sad news passes with time, just remember your friend fondly and try to do right by her. :)
