i am so tired and i can't sleep.  i only slept for like an hour while will was at work and not at all since he's been home.  i can't get comfortable.  first i was too cold and my back hurt, so i took some motrin and a hot bath which made me so sleepy.  but when i went back to bed i was too hot.  and now i keep going back and forth.  and i still can
