If the source isn't 100% reliable, don't tell her. If you're wrong, you'll not only possibly ruin their relationship but maybe fuck up her exams.
If you believe you can trust the source, tell her when the exams have finished so she doesn't get overwhelmed with everything.

I say say nothing and pretend to be an idiot if it comes out into the open. At least wait until her exams are over before you say something, if anything at all. Oh yeah, add me. It's x___sobeautiful.
