i tried to write for real tonight. on the actual paper journal i keep in my nightstand. i wound up making a grocery list and drawing some ridiculous christmas tree looking thing.

i know i'll come up with something brilliant right as i'm falling asleep, but i'll be too tired to actually turn on the light, grab a pen, and write it down.
