When will this week be ovverrrrrrrr???
Blah...let's see.... *Sigh*...since the last post...
Wednesday, I worked 2:30-close. At 1 point, Sevendust's cover of "Hurt" that they dedicated to Johnny Cash came on, and I felt tears welling up in my eyes as I stood @ my register. By the time it was 7:56, I neeeeeeeeded to get outta' there, and took my break. During my break, I went out to my car, cried, and then listened to Linkin Park. It was wonderful. By the time the, like, 2nd or 3rd song came on, tho', I felt better...so I guess that's good. The rest of work was pretty good...except for the actual closing part when someone always gets cranky. *Sigh*.
After work, we went to Friday's where we met Paul and I got my martini...my Ultimate Green Appletini to be exact. Oh, and I got an order of fried mozzarella cuz all I had eaten all day were 12 mini, chocolate-chip cookie dough waffles and 3/4 of a Kit-Kat bar. We played 20?s, where they guessed what famous person Bryan looked like. Then, we all left, Bryan and I came back here, the end.
Tonight...as in Thursday night...I went to see Polar Express: An IMAX 3D Experience w/my parents. My mom had really wanted to see it, and I had too, so we went...even tho' all day 'til before we sat down, I really didn't feel like seeing it. It was good tho', and I'm glad we went. There were some cheesy songs, some overstated lessons, and 1 really lame product placement, but other than that, I liked it a lot. :P
The seats @ the Comcast IMAX 3D Theater @ Jordan's Furniture are awesome. They're Tempur-Pedic and have subwoofers in them. O man, I think those were the comfiest theatre seats in which I've ever sat. :) The subwoofers were crazy too...when the train pulled up to the kid's house, my freakin' soda cup was shaking in its holder, lol.
Okay, I guess I feel better after writing that. I wasn't even gonna bother cuz I was so cranky after doing that survey, but I'm glad I did. I just want this week to be over. This week sucks. There was the anniversary of a death at the beginning, and an anniversary of a death today (yesterday...Thursday), and to top it all off, I've been in pain since Tuesday.
Blah, now I'm cranky again. WTF? Why can't this week just be ovverrrrrrr??? I feel like I'm gonna cry now. I have seriously never been this bad during this time of year. It's just not fair that all this crap comes right after my birthday. I guess this is how it'll be from now on...my birthday, and then 4 days later, pretty much non-stop depression for at least 5 days...wonderful. :\
