Yep! In my ancestor's home country, our "first" and "last" names are our family name, and our "middle" name is our given name. For example, my great-great-times-something grandfather was Victor Calvani Frankenstein. We usually just shorten it to V "name" F. I guess it's pretty weird, huh?
