where got crazy idea... i still think that the last is the most feasible...if there's someone to share with me, that will cut everything effectivly by half mah... that means that i can get my condo by age of 28

seriously the most feasible thing is to get a place with a few friends.. do a F.R.I.E.N.Ds thing

a bit difficult right? The first problem is, whose name are you going to put the condo under. Then wat if one has to move out, or relationship sour. and most condos not very big also... actually, i'll really like to get a place of my own... something i earn myself. got a bit of a sense of achievement

you forgot to factor in that the loan can be paid off using CPF money?
so u don't need to pay all in cash for 30 yrs

hmmm....the term loan can be paid off using CPF money too? I forgot to enquire about that part of the detail. Can use CPF money to make partial repayment?

yep.. I believe tt too..

The rules were changed a couple of years back to allow loans on pte housing to be paid using CPF.
After HDB was corporatised.
