I found it very amusing myself. I was standing at their side listening to their conversation. not evesdropping though, the girl was talking rather loudly. i was already laughing when she was talking about the maltese thing. it took me a while to wonder what breed she was talking about, i was wondering whether there was a really a breed perhaps american mongrel or something so i ran up a search and couldn't find anything

actually i saw a maltese a few years back and i thought it was a white shih tzu too. until my friend told me that there are no white shih tzus so i went back to the shop and asked and found out that it was really a maltese. Thank god I didn't exclaimed loudly in the shop
