Stuff goes here too! =O

Locations:

This isn't very strict. It's just so there can be more of an idea for where the interactions take place besides vague "out there" ideas. Because it's more interesting and fun to have muses use the environment and easier to imagine too. =)b

General Locations:

EBA HQ (break room, hangar, etc.): general EBA areas
EBA HQ (DC-verse): generally for post-DC EBA interactions, perhaps the only one that has a restriction on who can show up
Japan: Japan
XI: Xavier Institute related areas

The Music Box Cafe:

The Music Box Cafe is specifically a cafe on the bottom floor of a small three story building. (It's rumored that puppetchibi versions of characters wander about the whole place, but who knows for sure...) However, it can also refer to the whole building, which rests by a forest, grass field, lake, and a city off in the distance. (It's rumored that there are Pokemon and now Cappers in the forest.) Tanaka likes to practice outside on nice days and has yet to see anything funny. There is also a small cement area for skateboarding and half a basketball court behind the building. The Dereks used to be found there sometimes, but now it's mostly just Derrick.

In the cafe, there are chairs, tables, and a couch or two sprinkled throughout. Everything is mismatched, and the comfy chair in the corner by the power outlet is Spin's. Don't sit in his chair! (Favorite nap spot too) Some shelves are pushed against the walls and contain various items and plenty of books. A stereo and some speakers are at the far end of the room. In the corner is a desktop computer. Tiny music boxes can be found on the tables. Each look differently play a different song. Derek was often found with a cup of coffee. Tanaka makes a cup of tea and studies. (For what exactly, no one's quite sure.) Reki is often doing whatever work with his book open and a few holo-screens floating in the air.

A long counter is against a wall and has cabinets full of coffee, tea, and other goods. No one is around to take orders, but that never stopped Derek and Tanaka for making their beverage of choice. There is a door that leads to a decent kitchen. Two strange machines also exist there. One is a black machine with a single button in the middle of a golden star. Pressing the button creates a bacon cookie and a coupon for a free hug. The other machine looks like a popcorn maker, and it is. However, it always makes an extra bowl or two of popcorn and never seems to run out. It can also make different flavors of popcorn. Butter and salt is a favorite of the Dereks, but the machine can make cheddar, kettle, chocolate, and so on.

On one wall hangs a cork message board with plenty of supplies to write and post notes nearby. Right now there is a to do list with "Make Derrick stop being emo" at the top in Derek's handwriting. Below it is "I'm not emo." in the same handwriting. "Then you have a sad." is written in Spin's.

Off to the side of the cafe is a door that leads to a hallway of more doors. (a.k.a. convenient plot device if needed/desired) Each door goes to a different dimension, world, time, universe, what have you. They are all nicely labeled, and people can come and go as they please. One door goes to an area filled with status inducing Easter eggs. Another door goes to the beach. Yet another door goes to a winter wonderland.

The second floor has a large dance area complete with a mirrored wall, speakers, and a stereo. There are also turntables and shelves of records. Spin spends a lot of time there. A small couch is also in the room for when the rookie eventually crashes out from exhaustion. Next door is a room to play video games and watch movies. More comfy chairs and couches.

The third floor has rooms where muses can relax in or spend the night. Five are currently occupied, and Spin has taken the liberty to make paper signs and tape them to the doors. Derek is sleeping in one room. Who knows if he'll ever wake up.

The rooftop has chest high enclosure around the whole perimeter. It's accessible from the third floor via the stairs. There are some potted plants, a table and chairs, a random couch that somehow got up there, and an overhang for when it rains. A sign that reads "Skateboarding is strictly prohibited. Violators will be forced to be social to the fullest extent possible." is hung by the door. Derrick spends too much time up there but has yet to break the rule. =|
