From the very first sentence ("Santana thought this was a really stupid idea"), you just nailed Santana's voice. That you were able to keep her IC, while allowing her kind side to show through in her interactions with Brittany, is a feat in itself. I really loved the Santana/Brittany friendship here; although Santana was reflecting on Brittany's character, she ends up revealing a lot about herself.

And when I got the final paragraphs, I may have been cheering a little. Day of Silence wasn't just for people like Kurt or like Rachel's dads, it was for people like them who wanted to look back on what they had done and not be ashamed of it. What a great message--and what a great way to convey it.
