a lot of items made in the USA are actually made in sweatshops on islands within the US territory and techinically a part of the USA but not subject to US labor laws

yeah, it'd make a bigger diffrence to just know what company made your products and what each company is involved in, becuase something being made int he USA is really meaningless. thier are sweatshops in downtown LA, right?

Yeah, I heard there are sweatshops in LA, illegal immigrants have to work there b/c the ones who bring them over tell them to work there to pay off thier debts, or something like that. But I bet the new mayor what's his face won't do anything about that anyway. I already don't remember what his name is, because I moved away.
