Not sure what the charge is these days, but I think it's about $20.
Spend a $1, and get the souvoneir brouchure. It lists all the shows and vendors and everything. Find shows that look interesting to you, and see them. See the joust. Don't just wander around waiting for fun to find you, find the fun.
Hmm, I'll try my hand at this, even though I'm kind of a newbie...
Admission is something like $20 a head, but I still have a few free passes that are good for any Saturday during the season. Lemme know if you want em.
Faire runs through all weekends in August and up to and including the weekend of September 23-24.
A lot of my enjoyment at Faire comes from the shopping (hangs head in shame) and my boyfriend really likes the music acts (if you're into Irish drinking songs and the like... personally I prefer the belly dancers). A lot of it too is just the social aspect of it, but yeah, programs are available at the front gate.
PS-- next year, since you'll be turning 21, you'll get to experience the wonders of Meade, if you haven't already ;)

Its just all of my finances hit right now, with a new lease and a new insurance policy, but im craveing a turkey leg! Hopefully i can scape some cash. but with passes it wont matter!!!
